About the Utility Shed
The Utility Shed's gable roof allows taller walls. That makes the inside feel roomier and leaves wall space for tall shelves, long garden tools or ladders. Add a package to suit your needs.

Garage package
A roll-up garage door gives easy-access storage. A recessed diamond-plate threshold helps keep water out during normal precipitation. Includes a 7′ tall garage door (clearance height 78″) with brush seals, a solid house door (9-Lite upgrade available), one 2′x3′ single-pane window, 12″ on-center floor joists for heavier loads and 3/4″ flooring. The Utility version has 8′ walls. The building must include a garage door and a house-style door to qualify for the package price. Not intended for use as a Storage Garage as defined by local building codes. Some widths need extra skids depending on location.
