How purchases work

When you click “I WANT THIS SHED!” you are sent to our dealer website, oldhickoryshedserin.ca. Purchases, deposits and contracts are completed through Old Hickory’s own dealer checkout and order process.

Deposits, cancellations and refunds

Your Old Hickory contract governs deposits, cancellations and refunds. The terms that apply to your building are the ones in your contract, so please read it carefully before you sign and call us if anything is unclear.

Minimum deposits are at least 10% on delivered buildings and 50% on build-on-site buildings.

Because no payments are taken on this catalogue website, there is nothing to refund here. Questions about a deposit or an order should go to us directly.
