Old Hickory Buildings of Erin is an authorized Old Hickory Buildings dealer. This online store is a catalogue only – you can browse buildings here, but no payments are taken on this website.

Buying a building

When you click “I WANT THIS SHED!” you are sent to our dealer website, oldhickoryshedserin.ca. Purchases, deposits and contracts are completed through Old Hickory’s own dealer checkout and order process.

Your Old Hickory contract governs your purchase, including deposits, cancellations and refunds. Where a term depends on your contract, the contract applies.

Prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), plus HST.

Deposits

A deposit of at least 10% is required on delivered buildings, and 50% on build-on-site buildings. Deposits are paid through Old Hickory’s dealer order process, not on this website.

Delivery and build on site

Delivery is included in the price. In-stock sheds at our Erin lot deliver free within 50 km of the Erin lot. New custom orders deliver free within 50 km of any Old Hickory sales lot in Canada. Delivery beyond that is quoted by phone.

For build-on-site buildings, you pay an additional 15% of the building price including add-ons, before tax, directly to the builder at the time of build. This is listed in a separate section of your contract. Build-on-site buildings are primed only, not painted.

Financing is available through Financeit. Call us at 226-751-6811 to ask.
