Add-on package for Double Wide Utilities: 8′ wide doors $3,460 · 9′ wide doors $3,660 – added to the Double Wide Utility price (choose your building separately). Cash prices in CAD, plus tax. Printed prices include a 3% discount for cash or cheque; credit card purchases are priced 3% higher.

Delivery & build-on-site

Build on site only: Double Wide Utilities are not delivered as finished buildings, so included delivery does not apply. They are built on your site, and an additional 15% of the building price including add-ons, before tax (the building plus any add-ons or packages you select) is paid directly to the builder at the time of build (not charged online). This builder fee is not included in the price shown here; it is listed in a separate section of your contract. Build-on-site buildings are primed only, not painted – the customer paints, stains or seals.

  • Two 2′x3′ single-pane windows
  • 12″ on center floor joists
