Delivery & build-on-site
Delivery is included in the building price – FREE delivery within 50 km of our Erin lot (in-stock units) or of any Old Hickory sales lot in Canada (custom orders). Build-on-site option: if the building with this package is built on site, an additional 15% of the building price including add-ons, before tax (the building plus any add-ons or packages you select) is paid directly to the builder at the time of build (not charged online). This builder fee is not included in the price shown here; it is listed in a separate section of your contract. Build-on-site buildings are primed only, not painted.
What's included
Brings plenty of daylight into your shed, so the inside feels larger and the outside looks quaint. Comes with a 7/12 pitch roof and three 10″x29″ horizontal windows. Inside walls are 81″ (treated) or 82.5″ (painted/urethane). You can add more than one dormer if the size allows, and it combines with porch packages. 14′ & 16′ wide buildings are build-on-site only.
Not available with Vertical Metal siding.
