Double Wide Utility – Custom Order (Build on Site)

Double Wide Utility Buildings are actually two single-slope sheds with large frame-out openings on their high walls. They are joined on site: the remainder of the floor decking is installed and a ridge cap is added.

Deposit policy

Reserve it with a deposit through our dealer website – click “I WANT THIS SHED!” (minimum 10% for delivered buildings, 50% for build-on-site buildings). Double Wide Utilities are build-on-site only, so the 50% minimum deposit applies. Questions? Call 226-751-6811.

Paint colours

Double Wide Utilities are build on site only. Build-on-site buildings are primed only, not painted, so you choose and apply your own paint, stain or sealer after construction. Our brochure's included paint colours do not apply to this building.

• Metal roof (one standard colour included): Hunter Green, Charcoal, Burnished Slate, Silver, Black. Special order metal colours (extra cost, longer lead time): Brilliant White, Alamo White, Ash Gray, Pewter Gray, Light Stone, Taupe, Tan, Brown, Burgundy, Gallery Blue, Ocean Blue, Rustic Red, Brite Red.
• Architectural shingle roof: Weathered Wood, Dark Brown, Black, Evergreen.

Delivery & build-on-site

Build on site only: the Double Wide Utility is not delivered as a finished building, so included delivery does not apply. It is built on your site, and an additional 15% of the building price including add-ons, before tax (the building plus any add-ons or packages you select) is paid directly to the builder at the time of build (not charged online). This builder fee is not included in the price shown here; it is listed in a separate section of your contract. Build-on-site buildings are primed only, not painted – the customer paints, stains or seals.

Engineer Certified: rated for 0.5 kPa winds and 3.4 kPa ground snow load. The wind rating requires customer-supplied anchors. Designed to meet OBC standards; not guaranteed for every local jurisdiction.
