Delivery & build-on-site
Delivery is included in the building price – FREE delivery within 50 km of our Erin lot (in-stock units) or of any Old Hickory sales lot in Canada (custom orders). Build-on-site option: if the building with this package is built on site, an additional 15% of the building price including add-ons, before tax (the building plus any add-ons or packages you select) is paid directly to the builder at the time of build (not charged online). This builder fee is not included in the price shown here; it is listed in a separate section of your contract. Build-on-site buildings are primed only, not painted.
